Ready-to-Cook Fish for Air Fryers in Malaysia

Ready-to-Cook Fish for Air Fryers in Malaysia

Ready-to-cook fish for air fryers in Malaysia, with the sauce included.

At Mr Seabass, the seafood brand of Yeam Seng Frozen Goods & Fishery Sdn Bhd, we recommend our cleaned, ready-to-cook 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce for individuals preparing seafood at home, with cold-chain delivery across covered areas of West Malaysia. Coat the fillet with its sauce, spread it evenly over the skin and air-fry at 180°C for at least 8 minutes, checking that the fish is fully cooked before serving.

Your air-fryer meal at a glance

  • Our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce is suitable for air-frying and comes cleaned, with sauce included.
  • Our air-fryer guidance is 180°C for at least 8 minutes—not a guarantee that every fillet finishes in exactly 8 minutes.
  • We recommend this ready-to-cook fish format for individuals cooking at home in Malaysia; overall preparation is around 8–15 minutes.
  • Our seabass comes from our own myGAP-certified aquaculture farm, with monitored, traceable production.
  • We deliver across West Malaysia using Ninja Cold, subject to cold-chain coverage at your address.

Choose a cleaned fillet with sauce for your air-fryer meal

Our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce is the format we recommend for individual air-fryer meals. You receive cleaned fish and an accompanying sauce, so you do not need to clean a whole fish or prepare a separate gravy.

For a gentle, home-style flavour, consider Ginger Garlic; for a refreshing citrusy flavour, consider Thai Lime. Both product listings specify a 230 g pack containing a frozen seabass fillet and a sauce pack; this is the pack size, not a stated fish-only weight.

Cooking for three or four people instead? Our Easy Cook Whole Seabass family pack is a separate butterfly-cut option recommended for steaming, frying or oven-baking. Do not apply the individual fillet's air-fryer timing to that whole-fish product.

How to air-fry our seabass with sauce at 180°C

For our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce, cover the fillet with its sauce and air-fry at 180°C for at least 8 minutes. A light spray of oil on the fillet is our optional finishing tip to enhance flavour.

  1. Read the pack instructions. Check the preparation guidance for your selected product, including its starting condition. Remove the fish and sauce from their packaging for air-frying.
  2. Coat the fish. Cover the seabass fillet with the supplied sauce, spreading the sauce evenly over the skin.
  3. Add a little oil if preferred. Lightly spray the fillet rather than adding a large amount.
  4. Air-fry at 180°C. Cook for at least 8 minutes, following your appliance instructions for suitable placement and cookware.
  5. Check before serving. Continue cooking if the fish is not fully cooked; do not rely on the timer alone.

The cooking method matters. Our product pages also describe a packaged boiling-water method. That is not an instruction to put the sealed pouch into an air fryer. Use the air-fryer method above and follow the directions on your actual pack.

You can choose other sauces within our ready-to-cook seabass range, including Black Pepper and Kampong Curry.

Does the 8-minute name mean dinner is always ready in 8 minutes?

No. Our air-fryer recommendation is at least 8 minutes at 180°C, while our guidance for preparing the individual seabass pack is around 8–15 minutes. Treat the product name as a quick-meal format, not a fixed completion time for every appliance.

Before you order or switch on the air fryer

Check your pack instructions and delivery coverage before planning your meal. These answers address common questions about our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce.

No. Our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce includes sauce with the cleaned fish. For air-frying, use it to coat the fillet and spread it evenly over the skin.

Follow the instructions on your selected pack. Our air-fryer guidance specifies sauce coverage, 180°C and at least 8 minutes, but does not specify a thawing step. If the pack does not clarify this, ask us before cooking rather than assuming identical timing for frozen and thawed fish.

Yes. Our 8-Minute Seabass with Sauce is also suitable for steaming or pan-searing. Follow the instructions for the cooking method you choose; the 180°C setting applies to our air-fryer guidance.

Send your preferred flavours, quantity and delivery postcode. Mention that you plan to use an air fryer, and ask for the current product price, delivery charges, coverage and any pack-specific preparation instructions before confirming your order.
